Creepy Abandoned Neighborhood Farm in Ohio | 3 houses and a barn

This long abandoned farm has real character and is super creepy.

During a solo scouting trip, I stumbled across this abandoned farm north of Dayton, Ohio. During the exploration, I felt as if I should not press my luck. Very creepy. So much so that I didn’t even check out the basement or one building.

Can you tell me what road this place is on please? There is a very small group of us that want to get out and explore places like these. The dates, wood, designs, etc. Please let me know thank you!

That shadow near the banister looks like a ghost standing on the stairs. From the outside, it could be a nice little house with some care, though.
